Ignacio Pacheco Madrigal
As CEO and Executive Director, he brings a strong blend of leadership, passion, and community connection. With over a decade of living in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, he has embraced the coastal lifestyle while cultivating deep ties with the local community. An experienced surfer and dedicated Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, he applies the discipline, focus, and resilience learned from both sports into his professional journey, driving the company forward with vision and authenticity.
Gianluca Jiménez Madrigal
As President of the company, he has been the driving force in turning the vision into reality. While not based in Tamarindo, his leadership, strategic planning, and relentless commitment have laid the foundation for the company’s growth and success. Taking on the majority of the work, he has ensured that every detail is executed with precision, making possible the unique experiences the company delivers today.
Alejandro Madrigal Morales
As Vice President, Alejandro brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong background in managing people, operations, and guest experiences. With years of dedication to creating seamless service and fostering meaningful connections, he combines professionalism with a hands-on approach that ensures the company runs smoothly.
